Board Andrew Davis
Non-Executive Chairman Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial markets and investment banking. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew's experience spans corporate business strategy, operations and risk management, international business, mergers and acquisitions, funds management and superannuation, private equity, and stockbroking. He was formerly Deputy Chief Executive and Head of Corporate Financial Services at Rabobank Australia and NZ. Previously, he was a Global Managing Director of ABN AMRO Australia and NZ, which was formed following ABN AMRO's acquisition of the Australasian business of Barclays Bank and BZW, where Andrew was a Managing Director. Andrew was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Shaw Stockbroking in May 2007. He brings independence to our Board and adds broad experience in financial markets and industry sectors. He assists the Board in applying best practice in corporate governance and contributes to the strategic development of our firm as we look to selectively expand within the Australian financial services sector.
