Management David Coates
National Training & Education Manager David has attained the Master Stockbroking qualification with the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association (SDIA). He is a Fellow at the Financial Services Institute of Australia and Associate at the Financial Planning Association. David has held senior management and advising positions at leading Australian stockbrokers for over 45 years. David continues to maintain a high profile in the stockbroking profession through his senior position with the peak broking representative body, the SDIA, by setting standards and education programs for Australian brokers. David consults for a number of external training and education organisations. He has been a consultant for Shaw for over ten years, designing and successfully implementing Shaw's extensive training and education program. David helps administer the professional development sessions for Shaw's personnel to ensure understanding and adherence to our regulatory obligations.
