Management Sean Willett National Facilities Manager Sean holds a Certificate of Accounting and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Finance and Business. Sean began his career with Shaw in 1993, starting as a back office junior before working in our CHESS, Administration and Compliance departments. In 1998, when Shaw moved to the current Sydney offices, Sean was appointed National Facilities Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Sean is responsible for the day-to-day organisation and management of Shaw’s offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Parramatta. He liaises with building management and security, and implements uniform processes across all three premises. In 2008, Sean coordinated the renovation and opening of an entire new floor at the Sydney office. In addition to his responsibilities as National Facilities Manager, Sean manages the Administration department in Sydney. Beyond his daily administrative responsibilities, Sean runs orientation for new personnel and ensures the offices accommodate Shaw’s growth plans.
